Amazing customer service! I wrote asking about a minor inconvenience. They asked for a short video of it. I sent the video and they said, "we don't like that it's doing that. We're going to send you a new one." Key word MINOR.. But to them it's all about 100% satisfaction. Nothing less is complete for them! So, before I could stop them, they sent me a tracking number and said it's on the way to the Philippines where I live!!
