The bus didn't turn up
The bus didn't turn up. It simply disappeared from the board having been on time. No information then an hour wait. The previous trip I was told the bus was no longer going to my destination leaving me stranded in Taunton with my car in Wellington. I had even called prior to my trip to be sure the bus was running to Wellington. I was assured it was!!
I have always been very enthusiastic about Megabus but having been let down twice on two consecutive journeys, my trust is severely damaged.

Due to scheduled roadworks, we were unable to serve Wellington from 9th January 2026 until 6th February 2026 between the hours of 18:30 and 23:30.
