Support hasn't responded for several days...
Support hasn't responded for several days. Their website is currently down, simply not functioning properly, even though the subscription is paid. This has been happening for the last two weeks; before that, everything was relatively fine.
PS. Support finally responded and fixed the main issues, so I can use it now.
UPD. I tried the "Deep Search" feature from the "Advanced" plan for the first time, and I have something to say. It shows old results deleted from source sites (but the photos or sites themselves are no longer working in 95% of cases). This means, in most cases, you won't even be able to view the results photos, because the photos themselves are stored on the source site's servers, and they often either change their storage servers or simply get rid of them. So the point of this feature, especially for such a huge extra charge, is questionable. It would only make sense if at least PimEyes stored these results photos on its servers and they opened smoothly (but this is obviously too complex and expensive to implement, requiring many terabytes of free space). But still, we need to somehow realize the potential of this “Deep Search”.
