So I’ve ordered a chair twice and cancelled one of the orders and I’ve received an email saying I got sent a refund I check my banking app it says pending but now I check today (a day after) and it’s not there anymore and I haven’t received a refund I’m now essentially getting charged twice for one chair trying to get in contact about a follow up.
