Overall a good experience but 30 min wait
Driver was very friendly. But had to wait 30 minutes for pickup. We arrived in a terminal B where there is construction in the pick up area. Other people that arrived the same time as us were picked up much quicker.

As noted in our vouchers and on our website, Terminal B is currently under construction, which can sometimes cause delays at pickup. Vehicles are required to keep moving through the terminal area and drivers occasionally need to exit and re-enter before being able to meet passengers again. This can result in some customers being picked up earlier even if they arrived at a similar time.
We are continuously working to improve coordination and reduce waiting times as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are glad to hear that overall you had a good experience.
