Shady business
I ordered three pairs of pants in different sizes as samples for a workplace uniform test, and the experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Shipping took nearly three weeks, and nowhere on the website did it disclose the items ship from overseas. That’s critical information they chose not to make clear.
The sizing listed online was in standard measurements (like 34×34), but when the order arrived, the pants were labeled only as L, 4X, and 5X. I had to guess which size matched each order. On top of that, one pair ordered was as a 46×30, but they sent a 46×36 — six inches too long and completely unusable.
When I contacted them to fix their mistake, they offered a 20% refund if I kept the wrong item, or a 50% refund if I paid to ship it back myself. In other words, they expect customers to absorb the cost of their error. I demanded a return label and a full refund for the incorrect item and received no response.
This company’s practices are misleading and unacceptable. If they send the wrong product, they should fix it — not make customers fight for basic resolution. Buyers should be cautious before ordering.
