The company has one main purpose, which is to abolish customer service for booking anything, so as to increase profits for their major corporate customers and delete millions of jobs worldwide. No one can be held accountable or help, because you meet no one and talk to no one. It should be illegal for them to store government-issued ID - instead they are privatising ID. Thieves. Stay away.
