I needed to bring my bike back to the shop several times because the hub gears weren't adjusted correctly after the initial service. The shop staff were always happy with this, and ultimately sought advice from a really experienced colleague from another branch. My gears are now shifting like a dream. Really grateful.

Hi Andrea. Thanks very muck for the reiew, i, orry you had to return the bike a couple of times before the gears were fianlly working correctly. As I said sometimes it just requies a fresh perspective which we got form our colleague from another branch. Hope to see yoau again. Dave & Team Sutton
