Received the oil and the pump didn’t work, the brush is of very poor quality for the overpriced cost of £9.99.
The smell of the oil isn’t fragrant, smells more like cooking oil.
When I contacted customer services to request refund, I had to jump through hoops even though they state a no questions asked refund.
I sent a video of broken pump as they requested and they offered to send a new pump. I asked for a refund on 4 occasions via emails.
Eventually they said I had to return the product to Sweden and I was responsible for paying for postage and tracking.
After inspecting the product they may or may not offer a refund.
Terrible product, terrible customer service. Be warned.
