I am writing to formally complain about a pair of shoes I purchased at your London store on January 19th.

I wore the shoes for the first time yesterday, for approximately two hours while walking in the street. After this very limited use, I was shocked to notice that the shoes were already significantly damaged (please see attached photos). The condition of the sole suggests a serious quality issue, as it appears extremely fragile and unsuitable for normal use.

Given the high price of the shoes and the strong reputation of your brand, this level of quality is extremely disappointing.

I returned to the store yesterday to show the shoes and request assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with the store manager was very poor: I found their attitude unprofessional and arrogant, which further added to my dissatisfaction.

As the shoes are clearly defective and not fit for purpose, I believe there is an issue with this model’s quality. I am therefore requesting a full refund, as I will not wear them again.
