No delivery, no reasonable solution afterwards...

I've had bad experience with them. I ordered a product from this website as the delivery time was indicated as 1-2 working days, however it was the third working day when I’ve received a delivery message from PostNL. I was not home during the time of delivery. When I was back at home after a while, there was no delivery. Long story short, neither PostNL nor PharmaMarket offered a reasonable solution for my undelivered product. Pharmamarket replied as: ''We can file an investigation/complaint with PostNL on your behalf; however, this must be done within 14 days of the delivery date.'' Since the date was passed, they said, if I print, sign and post them a form, they can investigate further. I did not accept that. All that hassle and no results in the end. Since the price of the product was 25 Euro, I just decided to order my supplements from a different website and I've received the product I ordered just as promised.

As we explained to you by email, we were willing to start an investigation with PostNL on your behalf, even though such investigations normally must be initiated within 14 days after delivery and the parcel had already been marked as delivered for about a month.

In order to proceed with this investigation, PostNL requires a completed and signed form from the recipient. We requested this form from you, but you indicated that you did not wish to complete it and preferred to close the complaint.

We therefore find it unfortunate that a review has been posted suggesting that we were unwilling to help, while in fact we made every effort to assist you within the possibilities available to us.
