No delivery, no reasonable solution afterwards...
I've had bad experience with them. I ordered a product from this website as the delivery time was indicated as 1-2 working days, however it was the third working day when I’ve received a delivery message from PostNL. I was not home during the time of delivery. When I was back at home after a while, there was no delivery. Long story short, neither PostNL nor PharmaMarket offered a reasonable solution for my undelivered product. Pharmamarket replied as: ''We can file an investigation/complaint with PostNL on your behalf; however, this must be done within 14 days of the delivery date.'' Since the date was passed, they said, if I print, sign and post them a form, they can investigate further. I did not accept that. All that hassle and no results in the end. Since the price of the product was 25 Euro, I just decided to order my supplements from a different website and I've received the product I ordered just as promised.
