I purchased a jacket for my child from William Jacket, specifically choosing them because their website lists a St. Petersburg, Florida office under their contact information and on their returns/exchange page. I even sized up to be safe, but the item I received was poor quality, looked nothing like the photos, and was still far too small.

When I requested a return, they revealed the item must be shipped to Pakistan with tracking at the customer's expense. The cheapest shipping quote I found was $70—over half the price of the $129 jacket. After a long back-and-forth, they refused a full refund unless I paid for that international shipping, eventually settling on a 40% partial refund ($51). To make matters worse, I was then hit with an additional $10 in duties/taxes (not noted anywhere on site this would be the case).

I am out $88 with a product I can't use. Do not buy from this site unless you are 100% certain you want to keep the item, as their "US-based" marketing are incredibly misleading.
