My moving contract got sold to these guys without me knowing, they showed up in flip flops witha uhaul and told me they charge by the box and I would need to pay them $2500 more than I had paid to Safe Ship. I didnt have a choice but to pay because I needed to leave that day. When I received my items, several things were shattered and missing. I was told at the outset that there was full insurance. Filing the claim, they revealed only the things they packed themselves are insured AND only 60 cents per pound per item. So I have hundreds of dollars in damages, boxes they lost, plus they pressured me for more money and they dont even pay out on insurance claims.
