We carefully checked our system and did not detect any global errors during that time, so it is very likely that the difficulties were caused by individual factors on the donor’s side - such as browser settings, device type (mobile vs. desktop) or internet connection. Still, we completely understand how disappointing this situation must have been, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

We also sent you an email with possible explanations and solutions, hoping it would help identify the cause of the issue. Since we haven’t received a reply yet, we hope that the information we shared was useful and that the problem has now been resolved!
