IT'S A SCAM...DON'T FALL FOR IT!!
DON'T JUST WALK AWAY...RUN! The pretty little sales rep "Danni" who flew in from Tennessee was damn good... she fooled me, and I thought I was smarter than that... She misrepresented post-surgical downtime, misrepresented recovery time and symptoms, minimized potential risks ("We have a 1% complication rate," she assured me at least twice). Promised I'd be healed in time for an upcoming vacation - lies! So .. she got her bonus (the nonrefundable deposit) which was really all she cared about (may she choke on it). The surgeon might as well have been a machine/robot given lack caring and concern. Had to cancel an overseas trip that had been planned for 18 months and was fully paid - huge disappointment. She promised I would be healed up and doing great in 3 weeks or less... that was a lie. Nursing staff was poorly trained and seemed to be reading from a script whenever I called to ask about worrisome symptoms. When I was running a fever and developing an infection, they just told me to go to the ER. The surgeon never called, no follow up. Suppose he got paid so that's all he cared about. Terrible customer service. Wretched experience all around. I wish I could get a refund because of the misrepresentations that ruined my travel plans, cost time from work and caused untold pain, anguish, fear (and TBH, guilt, because I should have known better). I got scammed. If I end up in the hospital, I will be suing them. Shame on these people. I wouldn't be surprised if the company is owned by Private Equity since all they care about is the money, not the patients.
