Great cars Great experience. The after sales experience has been anything but great!

Friendly helpful, non pushy staff right from the start through to completion.
The condition of the car i looked at was by far much better then its competitors.
Even their extended guarantee, max four years is better than their competitors, max three years.

When I arrived for my test drive of the vehicle, I mentioned to the staff members that the drivers side tyre was flat, they immediately pumped air into it.
Sitting with another member of staff arranging the purchase I mentioned about the flat tyre and said "Can we have this tyre fixed and please don't just pump air into it" I was assured that the tyre would be replaced with a brand new one (this is noted on my paperwork) so I proceed with the purchase.
Collecting and paying for the vehicle I again enquired about the tyre, and I was assured that it was fixed.

A week later my new car has a flat tyre! The very same tyre.
Now I'm having to inflating the tyre before I can use the car (At this point I would have called AvailableCar but circumstances have stopped me)

A few days later off to the airport at 3am, now my tyre warning ⚠️ low pressure is displayed on the dash!

I'm on my holiday, I'm calling and calling , (seems they dont like answering the phones), AvailableCar trying to speak to a member of the After Sales Team..I eventually get tho two days later.
I told how sorry they are for me and that this shouldn't be happening.
I explain I would like a replacement tyre upon returning from my holiday.
Unstandabley they want to check the tyre and offer a fix like an inner tube or something to that effect.
I explain that when I purchased the car it was advertised with four brand new tyres, not with one repaired.
But i'm left with no choice, at this point, I'm told I will receive an email confirming the appointment with date and time to bring the car in.
I Never Receive the Email, I wasn't booked in!

Upon my return I'm at the airport carpark faced with a flat tyre, then I'm heading straight to the hospital as a family member has been taken to hospital.
As a result I've not be able to contact AvailableCar again to try and resolve this matter.

I currently feeling very let down by AvailableCar and the Ater Sales Team!

I've been calling several times a day in an attempt to get someone to answer and I have left several messages requesting a call back from the After sales.

I GET A CALL! Hooray
Straight out of the gate I'm explained that, tyres are not covered in any of my warranties,(I have two, their three months and i got the extra four years)
"agreed I answer, if it was any other tyre we wouldn't be having this conversation, but it's the same tyre you told me on two separate occasions was fixed".
I'm then told they replaced the valve as it was leaking air and that i could have got a puncher when driving the car home. Really!(Way to make your customers feel valued, once you have their money AvailableCar)
He eventually agrees to book an appointment, explaining I will face costs if it's not the valve.

Ten minutes after this call which has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, I popped into Lindleys tyre specialist,
I explain the valve thing.
Fifteen minutes later his explaining that corrosion on the inside of the wheel is stopping the seal, and either, the tyre has not been off the wheel or their mechanic has totally ignored the corrosion and just replaced the tyre if the valve was replaced.
His opinion was the former.
Ten minutes later, less the thirty quid, my nightmare headache has disappeared.

As a matter of curiosity I called AvailableCar (several times as they don't answer) and cancelled my appointment.
