Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are disappointed to see its a negative one on this occasion.

I have had a look at the inbox and I think it would help if you could provide some more information on the email address and time it was sent. We regularly receive emails about scout and brownie groups requiring tents and from what I can see all emails have been replied too.

I hope if you do wish to shop with us again, it will be a more positive one.
