I ordered a dress on May 2nd and, after getting no shipment updates for 2 weeks, reached out to get an ETA or cancel the order. The customer service experience was poor and the person responded kept begging for me to wait longer, without being able to provide further details. After waiting almost another 2 weeks and telling them to cancel my order, I got no response. I had to go through my bank to report.
I won’t try this company again.
