Helpfully, they make suggestions as to how a particular piece of gear might suit a type of rider or how it might be put to best use. Many of the items have links to external reviews e.g RIDE magazine or MCN. All of this additional information helps to see past some of the sales jargon that comes with some of the snazzy branding. This helped me to make the best choices based on my intended use.
When I had an issue with an item (it was out of stock a little longer than anticipated), the team kept me informed and made it clear that they were more than happy to refund me if I wished.
Overall my shopping experience with Sportbikeshop has been second to none. Motorcycle gear costs a lot of money and shopping online has its pitfalls.
