This program is transforming my health and healing this illness from the roots! I joined the Foundations and Mentorship program after having CFS for 25 years. In that 25 years, I did my best to navigate this illness on my own, but I still struggled a LOT. Also in that time, I only knew 1 other person with CFS that I could talk to. Even though I was surrounded by gracious and supportive people, I still felt very alone in this illness without the right tools to recover.

Entering into this program was like finally uncovering a treasure box of the right tools. It was like finally finding the needle in the haystack when I never could find the right haystack to look in. I finally learned what I needed to do in order to recover and suddenly, I was surrounded by a community of hundreds who all understand what my body had been going through for so long.

The work isn't easy or fast, but it is transforming. After being in the program for a year and a half, my body is truly healing!!

Here is some evidence: I recently drove for 3 hours, and I hadn't done that in 20-some years! Things that would wipe me are now shockingly easy. Also, even when my body feels like a crash, my bounce-back time is hours and not weeks or months. I have real hope of making a full recovery after this now 26 year-long journey! And to me, that is worth everything! Thank you, CFS Health!!
