Fustrated to the point of giving up
My license got canceled or not recognised and after 6 weeks of back n forth trying to resolve it, nothing happened. I used Serato in my DJ set and going back 10 years at lease I was unable to allocate my reciet and the email I used was no longer viable.
I did have an account and license, however when I changed djcontrollers the license became unrecognisable.
And therefore unusable.
Support staff were difficult to communicate and non productive, questions went around and around without transparent answers.
Eventually serato frustrated the matter to the point I gave up.
So disappointed.
I now use alternative dj software
