Delivery was delayed by a day because some clown had decided the parcel couldn't be left in my designated safe place but had to be delivered to a person. All for a pair of socks, for heaven's sake, and it isn't as though thay have gold threads running through them with a value to match! Yodel is equally at fault because they wouldn't show me a photo of the delivery on the web site but wanted me instead to "download" something called an "app", presumably on a smart phone.

Not everyone has a smart phone, and those who have don't always want to clog them up with apps they'll only use once in a blue moon when someone has decided the delivery man has to leave a parcel with a neighbour - the same neighbour probably that you don't trust not to pinch my parcel from my designated safe place. Totally logical!

In the end it transpired which neighbour it was, but by that time they'd gone out for the evening, so it was the next day before I got my socks!

As for the socks themselves, I like the fact that they have a high wool content, but the tops aren't as soft as I hoped they might be, so unfortunately I won't be buying any more. Pity. Thanks for trying.
