Worst customer service I’ve ever come across. My family and I wanted to add a booking, as some additional members of the family decided to join us and you would not believe how difficult the customer service made it. I should mention they have outsourced their service to India, meaning there is no accountability for their service, no one cares or understands their job, constant contradictory information and generally the experience was just diabolical. They don’t listen, all responses are scripted rather than answering the questions asked of them, talking over me when I clarify my request, and then do everything in their power to get you off the phone as quickly as possible and solution is to email them. All email responses are generic and scripted, no one answers any questions you actually ask, you just get endless quotes, when you ask questions on said quotes, you get more quotes. It is as if the only skill set is clicking a few buttons to generate quotes instead of understanding what the service entails. Furthermore they made mistakes in providing us a quote and when it pointed out instead of just sending correct information, they lied and started to argued (despite us having a literal screenshot of said mistake). Your customers don’t want excuses or an explanation just send the correct information and stop wasting everyones time. It took three of us calling them every day to try and amend the booking, followed up by email and still no luck after a week. Each solution was “do it yourself or email”. So you are stuck in endless end less emails where no one answers any questions they just send you a quote. In the end we ended up making a separate booking which meant I had to travel back by myself with 1 year old child. Luckily at least the local travel company took pity on me travelling with bags and pram by myself arranged for my transfer to be done together with my family. We asked a managed from love holiday to call us and it’s been a months and we heart nothing back. Absolute shambles. Avoid at all cost.
