Does what it's meant to
A very tasty product (Strawberry Cream), that mixes well with water, with no lumps. Noticeably reduces muscle soreness the following day after a hard session. I managed to time it right and bought it in a sale with a decent discount. It was delivered very promptly, in 3 days.
