We are sorry that your order could not be fulfilled. The prom and formal industry have limited stock since the styles only last 4-6 months. With peak prom season among us, sizes and styles are constantly being ordered, changing our over 1,000 dress inventories daily. Some customers order with enough time to re-cut the dress which takes about 3-4 months. We informed you that your dress was out of stock and a full refund was performed. We take pride in taking care immediately of our customers and the status of their orders so we can find together a similar dress or cancel the order and issue immediately the refund.
