Time and time again ANARCHY never fail to disappoint in all aspects of their company. Grab a cuppa this might be a long review but worth telling.... An order placed on an extremely busy day (HUGE SALE) had x1 item out of about 6 or 7 that I bought incorrect. Just the wrong size. I hadn’t noticed until quite a few weeks later when I gifted the tees to the recipient and we noticed the size was far bigger than the others. I emailed in hope I could exchange but wasn’t holding much hope as it had been a few weeks since ordering (my fault I hadn’t checked all sizes!) but without any hesitation an apologetic email was sent and new item despatched the following day! No questions asked or a ‘sorry, but kind of your fault so Enjoy the incorrect item’! Seriously that’s enough to keep me coming back for life! I love these guys! This wasn’t my first purchase so I know this kind of customer service isn’t a once off. As for the item. Perfect! Quality that can’t be beaten! 👌
