I would like to explain that I attended the Hadfield Rd showroom and after some conversations with Iwan Mephan I selected a vehicle held at Nottingham.
Firstly the vehicle was advertised as having 10094 miles. Later having closely examined the images I noticed that the Mileage was over 16000.
This was confirmed by Iwan Mephan when the vehicle was delivered, Iwan was very apologetic and professionally negotiated a new deal.
Further to this problem it appears that the Nottingham Dealership had lost the logbook making the vehicle difficult to Tax for Road use. Again Iwan pulled out all the stops and seriously considered attending the post office in person to get the Vehicle taxed. With some difficulty I managed to obtain the Road Tax prior to collecting the vehicle. I believe that the Nottingham dealership had let the Sytner group down but fortunate for me these errors we’re professionally rectified by Iwan Mephan Cardiff Sytner Mini who worked tirelessly to resolve these issues. Overall I am very happy with the vehicle and was in immaculate condition on collection from Cardiff Sytner Mini .
