Great company with great products. ZYMOX are top notch solutions for the pets.

The products are great! Cant place orders by phone & your online website is not working. This is not the first time we have had this issue. There should be more than one way to place orders.

The odd Cage Diaper order that went wrong; we received 11⅜x17¼” when we ordered our usual 10x12". First I made sure I didn't push the wrong item button when ordering; we ordered our usual backed up by screenshot, email, and paper shipping invoice. Sent email but reply only asked if I wanted a product exchange, nothing like an apology, and would have to return the wrong items first. No idea how that would work so sent the question via email reply. When no answer I called which felt a bit odd because we had been told we couldn't order by phone anymore but no other way to discuss the issue in real time. Short-ish version of two phone conversations: Customer Service spoke to shipping, a return was apparently going to be too complicated. Eventually offered to send what we ordered and keep the wrong ones but declined that notion as we had used a few of the wrong-sized pads; while not optimal they were useful and we could always cut them down, just asked please make sure it doesn't happen again. (We'll see...) In the end Customer Service processed a small refund for our trouble....good save by Sam.

Great products that have great results. We’ve been using them for years.

My order was sent to a random person at a random address 30 miles from where my salon is. I had to drive very far out of my way to go and pick it up. It was a disservice to the person who it was sent to, and it was certainly a waste of my time, especially during this very busy time of year.

This product quickly cleared up my poodles yeast infection and all brown patches are now gone. The ear stuff works like a dream and I have also noticed a brightening of coat colour on the dogs I have treated. Love it!

What made this experience sooooo great was the help I got from Eileen. I called her and she made time for me to guide me through everything....had to call and bother her 3 different times but each time she was so helpful, patient, understanding and funny which made my experience even better. Update (3/6/2023): I did get a follow-up response with good news! Only 4 stars because the product I'm interested in is out of stock for regular consumers (Cage Diapers). But my rescue organization WILL have access. Thanks!

I got a quick but incomplete response to my initial question, and I didn't see a reply to my follow up question.

They had some issues with their website, but kept me apprised as to their progress. For a retailer, that's important. I need to know when my products will be available to order, and they were great with that.

Our dog has had chronic ear infections and constantly running her to the vet for a $200 plus bill each time with frequent recurrence after each treatment was not a plan. After reading the reviews decided to give Zymox a try. So far so good. Used the Otic drops in her right ear. Cleared the issue and now using the cleanser 2x week. Fingers and toes crossed this works.

I think this is probably a great shampoo for its antimicrobial properties. I chose it hoping the enzyme-cleansing properties would be gentler on my dog’s skin than soap. I think it is, and she’s so soft, now. Unfortunately, we are a synthetic-fragrance-free household (all but the Zymox) and it absolutely reeks as it dries. True, it only really reeks like baby powder, but I don’t want the smell of my dog dominating my house. Hahaha! I rinsed my dog really thoroughly and found the smell only sticks noticeably for a day or two. Whew! I’d sure love a fragrance-free version!
