Very disappointing and misleading experience with Zwheel.
When I placed my order through their website, it clearly indicated free shipping. After the order was placed, they contacted me asking for an extra $100 shipping fee. I did not agree to this additional charge and asked them to cancel the order.
Instead of providing a full refund, they deducted $100 and only refunded the remaining amount. This is extremely unfair, especially when the issue was caused by their own website showing free shipping at the time of purchase.
I would not recommend ordering from Zwheel unless you are prepared for unexpected extra charges and poor handling of refunds.
My worst decision of my life, I buy a scooter from Zwheelsport and the product i received is a bad one with only 23 minutes of battery backup, i apply for replacement and the unit i receive was used one and same as the previous one 27 minutes of battery backup. I will never ever recommend them in my life.
The website is very heavy to load, but the main thing is that every photo is very high quality. We can see every details of the bike in full HD
Bought my bike here recently and it has been a blast to ride. The frame feels high quality the suspension is smooth, and the battery gives great mileage on a single charge. Shipping took an extra couple of days but the customer support team was responsive when I reached out for an update. Very happy with the performance and power of the bike so far!
Wise range of bikes, I place my order a month ago and they deliver the pkg in a week, and the bike is as same as in the pictures in website. I am satisfied from the quality.
I am using the scooter they call them "Zwheel - D3S" from the previous 2 weeks and it is super Cool Scooter. They use lithium battery in it. I can travel continues 3 hours travel on it, the fun part is that its charge super fast. Highly Recommended.
