Nice jewelry, but support absolutely missing, took 3 pieces, wanted to change 2, but I got no response after a few weeks, contact form, email, social media, nothing works, be sure of what you buy, because you won’t get a change nor a refund

I’ll be up front - I adore the products from this brand and love supporting a young and growing business. When things go right it’s great, but the biggest marker of success is how things are dealt with when they go wrong.

My recent order was sent out with the wrong postcode causing a long chain of annoying events. I only found this out by chasing myself, countless phone calls to Royal Mail, driving to delivery depots etc.

I emailed at least four times in this period, tried the support chatbot, tried on socials but nothing at all. It’s really disappointing that I probably won’t be able to buy anything from them again, especially given the lack of any communication. What would I have done if the parcel didn’t come at all and needed help or a refund?

I hate to write this review - I was gifted a Zuvio necklace before and loved it so much I thought I'd buy 6 items for myself. I was excited for them to arrive but heard nothing in a while, so I checked tracking and realised they'd been delivered to a delivery centre in another town, and after having to chase Royal Mail, found out that Zuvio had put the wrong postcode on my order. Now it's being sent back to Heathrow and returned to Zuvio and I can't stop it.

I've tried for days to contact support, writing emails, contacting the chatbot and absolute silence. I'm now wondering if I'm going to see a refund or replacement or anything at all (I haven't had one piece of communication about this delivery or the hold up).

I'm now wondering if I'm going to have to initiate a chargeback in case I lose my money, and I'm sad to do so as the actual jewellery is really nice from my experience.

Taking abit long but waiting

Bestellung kam statt angegeben nach 2 bis 3 Werktagen, dann doch erst nach 2 Wochen. Könnte natürlich auch an der momentanen Wetterlage gelegen haben. Ansonsten Qualität, Service und Bestellung top.
