Varm anbefaling!
Jeg har for nylig bestilt to par sko (Teo og Carlo) fra Zuno, og jeg er mildest talt imponeret.
Indtil nu har alle mine lædersko været fra Hugo Boss, men min oplevelse med Zuno har faktisk været endnu bedre. Kvaliteten virker helt i top. Skoene er flotte, materialerne føles eksklusive, og samtidig er de utroligt behagelige at have på.
Som prikken over i’et modtog jeg min ordre på under to døgn efter bestillingen, hvilket gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre.
Det bliver bestemt ikke mit sidste køb hos Zuno. En varm anbefaling herfra.

Det, du oplever, er helt normalt på nye sko. Den sorte indfarvning fra skoen kan i starten smitte en smule af på lyse sokker, især hvis fødderne bliver varme eller fugtige. Det aftager gradvist efter de første ganges brug og forsvinder normalt helt.
Vi beklager naturligvis de gener, det har medført, og håber, at du ellers er glad for dine sejlersko. Du er altid velkommen til at kontakte os, hvis du har spørgsmål.

Reklamation med sent svar fra kundeservice
Jeg købte et Marly Loafers d. 2. juni, som jeg får leveret 2 hverdage efter - super fint!
2 uger efter jeg har modtaget mine loafers går de i stykker, hvilket selvfølgelig kan ske. Dog er mine loafers købt som kontorsko og har været brugt maks. 3-4x i denne periode.
Samme dag jeg opdager fejlen det sender jeg en mail til dem, med beskrivelse og billede af fejlen som er i henhold til deres vejledning.
Der går over 14 dage før jeg hører fra dem på min henvendelse, hvilket er lang tid. Vi er nu kommet frem til en god løsning og de har håndteret sagen godt efterfølgende.
Jeg vender tilbage som kunde ⭐️

Most comfortable Loafer i've ever Tried
I’ve tried five pairs of loafers, including Solovair, Dr. Martens, G.H. Bass, and others, and I have to say the Marly loafers are by far the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. I’ve had them for two days now and haven’t gotten a single blister, which I usually do with new shoes.
The only small thing I’d nitpick is that on one shoe, the inside leather doesn’t fully connect at one point. I noticed it immediately when I got them. That said, I don’t feel it while wearing them, and it doesn’t really bother me, but I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t cross my mind sometimes when Im wearing them. I still think they fit well, look great, and are extremely comfortable, and I’ll probably continue buying them.

Had I read the reviews I wouldn't have bought theses sneakers from this place. I didn't get a second pair of shoes laces with my new balance 9060s and the shipping was ridiculously long. I love the sneakers however the shipping process made me not want to be a returning customer.
