Purchased on line Quiet Flex-Fit ear plugs on Feb. 11, 2026. Arrived on Feb. 25th. They do not work, in fact dollar store foamies are by far superior to these Quiet ear plugs. A total waste of money. Tiny little plugs do NOT seal the ear canal, in fact a threat of losing them in the ear canal as they are so small.

Terrible product and cannot be returned as claimed by seller.

I’ve been wearing z quiet for a few years and it has completely changed by bite and I now my speech is different and I’m exploring oral surgery to fix.

I have been using the ZQuiet firm mouth piece of 2 plus years. My wife and I have enjoyed the relief in my snoring habits. Because I snored so loud I had to use the form mouth piece. It worked great but I always woke up up with sore font teeth. I needed to reorder as my mouth piece was worn out. I noticed the add for ZQuiet Advanced and decided to try it. It came quickly I printed as require, changed the control arms from one to three and went to bed. I woke up the next morning feeling great, no snoring, and no teeth ache. What a great design, the price was double then the standard one piece firm unit but worth every penny. I will continue to use the Advance ZQuiet mouth in piece from now on and would recommend to others. What a great product.

This product is bulky, uncomfortable and hard to sleep with it in you mouth. It takes a while to get use to it, so that 60 day guaranty is pointless. Beware of these companies that prey on hard working people who suffer from medical issues. They're quick to take your money and deliver empty promises.

The product Doesn't work! I purchase from different manufacture. There are so many of these mouth guards on the market today, that's it's a big business! they cost pennies on the dollar to make in China and look at the profit margin? They are all scam companies. Save you money and get.... Inspire..... No mask, no mouth guard, just sleep!!!!

Delivery was sooner than lst expected so pleased w the customer service. I did a baseline test and my snore score on my SnoreLab app was 3. lst night w 2 level score was 7. It really wasn’t comfortable as it was the lst time. I did another baseline and it was 7. Next 3 with 2 in were 3, 1, 11. 2 became much more comfortable but confused by results. Why jump from best score, 1, to worst, 11? Not sure I can handle the 6, dramatic difference. My bite was effected for 10 minutes after the lst time but negligible thereafter. I do have a slight overbite. Going to continue w the 2 another week and see if results become more consistent.

I honestly see why so many people on here have complained about the customer service of ZQuiet and their obvious inability to resolve simple customer requests. I read several of the reviews and decided to cancel my order which was requested before my account being charged and the product being sent. But ZQuiet took it upon themselves to charge my card and ship it anyway and I have yet to receive any type of response from the very same way shown in many responses to customer complaints by ZQuiet. I do not want your product and expressed this to you in two emails sent to your help link. I will be returning your product as soon as it arrives because it never should have been mailed in the first place.

I do not snore at all with Zquiet!!!

In addition to ZQuiet, Ive tried three different anti snoring mouthpieces. ZQiet is by far the most PAINFUL, it gouges your bottom pallet. There appears no effort in the design to adjust to a persons bite so it fits entirely too loose to ever push AND HOLD the bottom jaw forward. The worst money Ive ever spent

I recently wrote a poor review for this product because the company was not responding to my emails requesting a refund because it didn’t improve the snoring. I’m happy to report they responded and refunded the purchase price. Thank you!

Awful product. Scam. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve been looking at snoring devices for a long time. I was very skeptical but I checked reviews in multiple places. I did learn some of the independent reviews are actually the company reviewing their own products under a product review site, so be mindful.
The device is not in any way adjustable even after “soaking it hot tap water for a minute” as recommended. It rubs my gums and causes a significant amount of jaw pain which it explains in the material accompanying the device but nowhere else on their site. I have a smaller mouth so I used the “1” after it didn’t work I tried the “2” as recommended but it jammed my tongue to the back of my mouth making it difficult to breathe! What it did do was open my mouth and allow me to snore even better than before!! Also, I read it had a money back guarantee which is another reason for my purchase but I could not find that statement anywhere again. Please do not waste your money until they figure out how to make it adjustable and change their return policy.

This is the worst $70 I've ever spent. It absolutely is complete trash. It doesn't work that's for sure, secondly it really hurts your mouth. And I mean bad. It says right on the package that it's not for sleep apnea and that it could loosen your teeth cause all kinds of teeth problems take my word for it and please do not buy this product it is a piece of garbage. It's a scam people,I never bought anything advertised on Facebook, and this time I fell for it,do not trust them, you will loose your money

Took over two and a half weeks to get it sent to me when I paid for express delivery! That extra cost was almost as much as the device so pissed off straight away with that. Followed instructions three times perfectly and there was no way this stupid device was going to stay in my mount overnight. Its meant to keep your upper and lower jaw together but there is no way this will happen, ever!!! Don't waste your money it doesn't work no matter how fancy the video is showing you it works. Its absolute rubbish. Doubt I'll see my money again from these scamming mofos.

Ordered 2 devices weeks ago and paid but didn't receive the devices. Have sent multiple emails to the customer service but no reply! Rubbish scam

Only now I get a reply to check my scam folder. Almost a year later! Please just refund the money since I am not interested in your product anymore due to bad reviews

I purchased the ZQuiet anti-snore device, and I'm extremely disappointed. It was a complete waste of money. Despite following the instructions diligently, it didn't work at all for me. My snoring continued unabated, and I saw no improvement in my sleep quality. Save your money and look for other solutions.

I first want to say that their customer services seems great. They were fast to reply through my email when I had a question for them, which I appreciated. They also had a very clear instruction/information booklet for how to use their products.

The reason for my two star review is that I'm not happy with their return policies. I didn't know at first that their main website offers returns, but not anywhere else they sell their products. I bought a mouth guard from them on a different website and I wore it for several days before I ended up with severe tooth pain, which is not a symptom ZQuiet has listed on the information booklet for their mouth guards. I spent over $40 for a mouth guard that's just going into the trash because there's no way I can tolerate the pain just to get a better night's sleep. That's not something they said should happen, so I don't feel like they kept their promise to me, that I'd get a good night's sleep.

If you plan to order from them, only support their main website. Don't get screwed over like I did. I don't understand why they bother to sell their products elsewhere if customers are just going to get screwed over by the return policies.
