I received an empty envelope

I received an empty envelope with no merchandise in it. The post office stamped that it arrived like that. I sent an inquiry with pictures and my order was quickly refilled and on the way. Customer service was great. Thank you, Zox!!

The outstanding customer!

The outstanding customer service was the best! Also I love all my bracelets 💕 ! When I need uplifting I just look at my wrist! Also make great gifts!

ZOX is amazing!

This company is amazing! I've ordered several times and always receive the correct items, in good condition, and timely. Their Customer Happiness Department has great communication. I appreciate the service they provide us by selling uplifting, encouraging, and positive messages - especially their bible verse items. In a world that seems chaotic, this is refreshing. Thank you Z0X!

Excellent Service

I only received half of my order, and the half I received was damaged. Customer service at Zox responded to my email in just a few hours and resent my original order with a different carrier.
Excellent customer service and why I will continue to buy from this company. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Rectified the problem immediately. Very attentive and responsive to the situation. Love Zox and their products. Would purchase from them over and over again.

One purchase and they bug you every day!!!!

The products are fine. But apparently they think they can keep bugging you everyday with their stupid NFC tags without asking for permission. AVOID!!!!!

Hi Jodie! Thank you so much for sharing! The notification you're seeing actually only appears when the NFC tag on your bracelet is tapped. It won't send anything on its own or reach out without you tapping it. If it's popping up more than expected, it may be getting tapped accidentally (bag, pocket, etc.), but there's nothing running in the background. Hope this helps out! 😊

I placed an order and the mail carrier lost my package. I contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly. I will order again.
