Package took 9 weeks to arrive. Sizing was too small. Fabric was not cotton/linen as described but a cheap polyester. All disapointing! I would never purchase from this company.

I placed an order 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I bought 4 items totaling just under $200. Customer service keeps saying it was delayed due to covid but that’s just not true. I’ve asked for a refund but now having read these reviews I may need to go a step further and report them to the better business bureau. We should notify Facebook this is a Fraud. That’s how I found them

Fraude. Fraude. Fraude. Stay away! The send you dollar store items and don’t let you return. Please stay away as they steal your money!!

Fraud. I did receive my item but it was laughable, nothing like the picture. Terrible fabric.
They used a picture of something else and tried to imitate it. Refused a refund. I claimed it via PayPal and can only get a refund if I send it back to China to an address given I chinese

I purchased items during the first week of April and I am still waiting for delivery. When I contacted the customer service team, they provided me with tracking details that show the parcel is in transit in Sydney (has been for 2 weeks) - I’m in WA. Biggest waste of time and money!

They have literally stolen money from me. If I could give less stars I would! They sent my order to the wrong state, when I asked where it was they sent me tracking info that proved I never got it, because THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG STATE and then they refused to discuss their mistake. They won’t replace or refund despite the issue clearly being their fault. I can’t tell you if the product is any good because it never arrived but if it’s anything like their customer service I would have to say it’s absolutely rubbish!

Poor quality and the company seems to have a fake return policy. It SAYS that they'll do returns within 30 days for any item you don't like - but the only way to return something is to contact a customer service agent. And.... yeah - no information, link, anything is on the website to do so. They say if you have any questions - email them. But... having tried this route multiple times - they don't seem to reply at all. My assessment - fake return policy. Ordered 3 items: 1) okay, 2) sweats pants and top in large - but was so tight on my skinny 16yr old daughter that she wouldn't take them, 3) top that looked cut in a pick but was 100% polyester and not even my grandmother would wear it in real life.

Their product is actually worse than their customer service!
It took Over two months to arrive and when it did, it was nothing like the photos.
Firstly it’s 100% nylon/ polyester! No cotton there as the description falsely states. Nor is the cut and stitching like that of the photos online.
Utter rubbish and poor quality.
When I email to complain and message via Facebook-no response!
Do not Purchase, it’s a waste of money.
