Later I was informed that tokens cannot be returned.
The responses are inconsistent and unclear.
I request transparent clarification.
This was my first experience with this type of investment, and I entered the platform in good faith, relying on the guidance of the person who introduced me.
Unfortunately, the communication was vague and lacked the clarity and structured support that a first-time investor genuinely needs. When financial decisions are involved, transparency and proper guidance are not optional — they are essential.
The absence of clear explanations and consistent support created uncertainty and diminished my trust in the overall experience.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that the company will implement stronger onboarding processes and clearer communication standards for new investors
