ZONE3 Arvostelua 

My first experience with ZONE3 was very good.
Unfortunately I had to return my order, it didn't fit.
Customer Services/Adam responded and helped me very fast.

I have bought two pairs of buoyancy shorts from zone 3. The first pair was good however with the second pair I had an issue which was dealt with very swiftly. Very impressed with the customer care.

Sheena has made me a Zone3 customer for life.
Not only are their wetsuits amazing, but the customer service is also the best I ever experienced. Recently had an issue with receiving my wetsuit from UPS and Sheena handled it with the utmost professionalism. She was prompt in response and kept me updated on a regular basis. Truly impressed with the company all around. Great work Zone3!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was unfortunate enough to have a pair of goggles which split after a few months. Just sent them a photograph of the damage and a new pair have been sent out to me.

Scrivo la presente per contestare l'ennesimo, intollerabile ritardo nella gestione della pratica in oggetto.
Come già ampiamente documentato, questa vicenda si trascina da oltre un anno in un continuo ed estenuante scambio di email senza alcuna soluzione concreta. Da ultimo, a seguito della richiesta DI ZONE 3 della documentazione per l'avvio della procedura di garanzia (regolarmente inviata con foto e numero di serie), sta trascorrendo un ulteriore mese di totale silenzio e assoluta inazione.
Questo comportamento è per me veramente indicibile e del tutto inammissibile per aziende della vostra rilevanza.
Ricordo che l'articolo in questione presentava un difetto originario, già precedentemente riparato senza il mio preventivo consenso, che si è puntualmente e vistosamente deteriorato proprio nello stesso punto.
A fronte di questa gestione fallimentare e dei tempi d'attesa biblici, ribadisco che l'unica soluzione accettabile è l'accredito immediato dell'importo pagato..CHISSà SE MAI ARRIVERA'

Very satisfying service. Never quibbled the fault in my wetsuit.

I'm a huge fan of Zone 3 as they sponsor lots of sporting events down here in the south, particularly triathlons by Challenging Events.

I purchased their Advance 2 wetsuit and after 3 years it started tearing under the armpits. Whilst I couldn't send it back, Sam from Zone 3 support wrote me a detailed post explaining why this had happened (I wasn't pulling the arms up properly so the armpit overstretched), and sent me to a specialised company who could fix it. My suit was way out of warranty so customer support didn't have to go out of their way to write such a detail support response and to be so helpful.

Can't recommend Zone 3 enough both for their customer support and for what they do to sponsor local events and athletes.

Excellent customer orientated service

I had a sizing issue with the Agile women’s wetsuit (I have wide shoulders!). Despite being just outside the returns window and not having used it, Zone3 allowed me to return the wetsuit for a full refund. I was very grateful and will be buying a different wetsuit from them.

Very good customer service. Zipper broken on our transition bag. They send a new to replace upon informing them of the broken zipper. Very quick to reply.

Otherwise my partner is very happy with the bag and it functions very well.

My lovely friends had given me £350 gift card to buy towards a decent wetsuit. However these vouchers were in £50 x 7 for some system issues l couldn't use them all in one go and my Discount code wasn't working too.
Reached out to ZONE3 Trust pilot Customer Service and with the AMAZING support from ADAM his swifty responses and finding out the solutions/ system issues THANKS to him l am able to finally purchase my Decent Wetsuit #happyswimming.

Rubbish delivery speed.
Pay for next day delivery and a week later the wetsuit hasn’t arrived.
I’ve had 2 emails ignored and then were told that when asking again when my delivery is due, that they can’t help anymore as it’s not there problem.

What a nightmare!

Race is this weekend.
I needed the wetsuit by Tuesday to do an open water swim.
Now I have to do one Saturday which is race day -1 which is not good enough.

And I don’t even think it will arrive before the weekend as things are looking currently.

I needed this item ASAP, payed the extra money, and then turns out Zone 3 hasn’t even sent the item to Evri until after it was due to be delivered!

The products were a gift for a friend, so can't comment in depth, but he seems happy with them.

The company itself is reliable - everything about the order went smoothly, and everything arrived on time with appropriate updates.

Would recommend going straight to their website if they have what you need.

The customer service is incredible! An item developed a fault, but this was resolved instantly by the team, and a replacement sent out.
