Ordered two chairs, waited time limit per website (sep13 i should have heard) nothing, went back to my email and they have taken the store down. this company is AWFUL !!!!!

Ordered five chairs for Christmas gifts. Got nothing.

Ordered 2 chairs- got confirmation- money taken from account- and POOF- these people disappeared! Emailed and got no response- reported and this company is being investigated!

I just disputed the charge for 2 camping chairs. They took down the site and no chairs. No answers to my emails. I would have given zero stars but I had to choose one

Same complaint. Two chairs ordered and they’ve ghosted me. Disputed w my CC company.

I ordered 2 chairs on August 18 and as of September 16 have not received a tracking number or any message that my order has been filled. I have emailed them at least 3 times with no response from anyone. I think that should receive a refund from amazon since they listed the items. I will be filing a refund request from my bank and sending a serious review to amazon for allowing this to happen on their website.

Same as everyone else here. Ordered some products and they didn't ship anything. Filing a dispute via Apple to get my money back. The only thing that annoyed me is the waste of my time because I know I will get my money back.

I ordered 2 lawn chairs in Aug. they have never been shipped. I emailed the company 3 times to no avail. Now I see you can’t open the website. What a scam. I’m hoping my cc company will refund me.

I have ordered chairs on August 12 and was told a shopping delay was due to COVID-19. I have since reached out to see when they would be shipped with no response back. I have also asked for a refund and have yet to get it.

I ordered 6 chairs on August 30th. They have not responded to my email or there is no phone number to contact. My account has been changed for items.

I ordered 2 camping chairs on Sept 4. The money was taken out, and i have received no further emails or the chairs as of now. I was going to contact the company, but I seen that the website is no longer there. I'm going to talk to my bank tomorrow. I definitely would not order from here.

this is a scam if you have bought these chairs contact your bank and cancel or trace the transaction

I ordered 2 reclining camping chairs and have sent a reply asking for a date of the items to be shipped and I have not received a response. This company does not show a phone # that you can call to speak with someone directly. I clicked on the original email they sent upon my order and it had a box to click on that sends you to "View your order" and of course the page that shows up says "oops something went wrong".

After reading all of these responses I went ahead and called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I am certain they are scammers also.

Ordered 2 hammock chairs on September 2nd.
Emailed them to confirm shipping. No response.
Just got off the phone with my bank. Reported this store and purchase.
The whole Zoiya site is shut down and it shows my order/url was deleted.

It's a scam website is closed just opened a dispute with my bank never received chair it's been a month

I bought two chairs a month ago and never got I‘ve been sending several emails they replied once that I have to be patient that it will take from 19 to 30 days to send them but nothing happens, scam obviously!

Scammers, ordered 2 chairs and they took my money and will never reply. I received nothing!

Had same experience. Paid for 2 camping chairs and got 0.

And since they move around and sell from other companies, I suggest don’t buy from companies without veritable shops, even with reviews (which can be bought)

If i were to get my chairs, I may change the review but fir now, I will tell everyone I know that ZOIYA IS A SCAM

Thank goodness for reviews! If you paid for these chairs and never received them dispute it with your bank and get your money back.
