Just another rip off co. Again! What can you do?

I wish there were a category for 0 Stars... I ordered a chair and never received it. I ordered it on August 28th and haven't heard from them. all the links that they emailed me said they're nonexistent. What can I do to get my money back?

I have ordered 2 Zoyia chairs from u on Sept 10th 2020, n still have not gotten them! I would like it if some one could get back to me asap! Please. I know this Covid-19 crap sucks n slows down thing but if Some one could get back to me ! I would appreciate it very much, here my e mail is... I'm in Salem Arkansas my cell is 870/847/0830 l. If there was an option for negative stars mine would be negative 5. This is a scam!! I ordered 2 camp chairs in September & they withdrew the money from my account within minutes but after that the company disappeared! I’ve seen where they operate under multiple names. I can’t find any where to contact the company other than through email which I’ve yet to get a reply back. This is a very hard lesson learned for me and I hope to warn others not to make the same mistake!!

This company is a SCAM Don't buy from them. WHY does all social media sensor our correspondence but they let anyone sell on their platforms. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO VETTING? Social media is just as guilty as the SCAMERS

Ordered 2 chairs. Money taken but no chairs have shown up -- since August!

This company is a scam maybe facebook should have fact checked them before they allowed them on there social media platform before they did business!! stop the scam!!!

There should not even be a star for this outfit. Ordered my chairs on 8/8/20 and not heard a peep from them. Cant get a reply or anything back. Facebook scammed again.

Less then 1 star of I can.... Order 2 chair in august and never receive it. I try to reach then a couple time without any resut...

I placed my order for 2 chairs on Aug. 9 still haven't received my order, I've emailed them several times no response. I can see several other people placed the same order and still haven't received it. This company is a SCAM!!! beware don't order anything from them. My account was charged as well, So now I have to put in a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I also ordered 2 in aug and still waiting HUGE SCAM!!!!

I ordered the 2 luxury chairs back in Sept 2020. I contacted them three times (2 by email - no response and once by phone - Thanks for the number 7856-393-2228). When I called the number, I got a man named Jimmy. He had me put in an address to a website that downloaded an application called Teamviewer. DO NOT INSTALL this application for your refund. This allows whatever company he works for to remote into your computer. I LOVE the app but I don't just let ANYONE remote into my computer.

He kept insisting that I install it on my computer and call him back for him to verify I'm the person asking for the refund. I asked why we couldn't do a zoom meeting for that (besides he asked for the order number when the call started). He stated the company requires TeamViewer. I refused then he HUNG UP ON ME!!!!

I immediately called my bank's fraud dept and filed a claim. They did ask for amount of purchase, date of purchase, and when I contacted them. They will contact the merchant for 10 days and then send me a letter as to what happened with them.

FYI~ I had the purchase order number, verification of purchase email, and the "customer support" email just in case they asked for it.

I have not heard or received the 2 chairs I ordered. After reading the other reviews, I'm sorry I didn't look this company up before ordering. These were going to be a Christmas gift and I'm on a limited budget. Shame on this company.

Scam store. I ordered 2 chairs 3 months ago and never received them. Have emailed the contact email several times with no response. Buyers beware!!

I should not have even given them a star! I ordered my chairs in Aug. and still have not received them. I tried to contact them several times with no response. I am just going to report them to the better business bureau . This company is a sham!!

Big Scam. Took my money have never seen the chairs I ordered in August!

I ordered my chairs on August 24th and I have not received them. You charged me for them. This was a Birthday present for my husband. So disappointed

Scam! Same experience others have reported. Ordered September 7, and nothing! So disappointed.
