Most of my products weren't shipped and some arrived broken, I wouldn't recommend ordering from here. I also had to wait almost 4 months to only receive less than half of my order
Ordered there some months ago. Order was ready and shipped they said. But the shipping number doesn't work at all. Now I try to get my money back! Don't order there it's a big scam!

Just by doing a quick search in their Discord server, you can see that they are constantly producing faulty products. Customers consistently have issues with their packages; whether it's missing items, air bubbles and dust particles in their acrylic, or even getting other people's packages delivered to the wrong person. Zoartix's "solution" is that they will remake the product for free in your "NEXT ORDER", but they will always continue to make new mistakes, while making you pay extra to receive your remade products. Their prices are very good compared to other companies, but that is because the quality is not great at all. Getting faulty products can be fun in terms of freebies, but if you are a small business looking for products to be sold, you should look elsewhere. Often, artists are complaining that more than half their bulk orders are B-grade items. Again, searching keywords in their Discord server will provide tons of proof of their high defect rate. It was fun working with them at first, but in the long run, just consider other companies to avoid headaches. I have been with Zoartix for almost half a year, but I'm moving on.
