ZOA Energy Solutions LTD Arvostelua

Had some work done by zoe, on the government energy scheme, including loft insulation, new extract vents ,new radiator valves and new combi boiler, after they left at 10pm we found the following, the boiler was fitted on an old bit of contiboard, cut poorly into the plasterboard wall, they left a large hole where they resited the boiler, and holes all over the place, white silicon all around the external pipework, looks a mess, the hole outside where the old boiler flue came out was covered with a bit of 6mm mdf taken from my shed, the extract fan in the en suite blows the lights when turned on, we have discovered leaks to the pipework in the loft, and they failed to replace 3 of the radiator valves and 2 of the new ones were incorrectly installed, the loft insulation has been thrown down very poorly, all in all we wish we hadn't had the work done, we have to undertake a lot of repairs ourselves, the only reason I give 2 stars is because they cleared up well

USMAN and Team completed the ventilation work successfully and professionally. The Team was very friendly, and professional in approach. I am satisfied with the approach and hope that the work done will last for a long time.

All was good, got the work done, I feel they could have started earlier in the day so that all would be complete earlier ( finished 07:45) and it would be beneficial if they brought there own cleaning equipment ( although I was told they have this in their van). Overall it was a good installation of insulation for the loft and an addition 2 fans had to be replaced and 2 new installed.

The job was great 👍

Shehroz work was excellent they did all the work completed

Usman and his team work to a very good standard. They were very helpful and friendly. Cleaned up after the work was completed

Did a good job.could have hoovered up better though.

Usman and team were excellent and helpful, thoroughly recommend them thanks Zoa energy solutions!!!

Very helpful, all work carried out professionally. Everything tidied up following work.

They are installed our new boilar today .. Very good service Josh is brilliant

All work completed, all workmen polite and friendly.

Asif, Raheel and Mobeet, who were the second team to come and finish off the bulk of the cavity wall insulation did an excellent job. They worked really well as a team respected and collaborated with each other. They were very polite, friendly and professional.
Asif explained everything that they were going to do before they started and he also very neatly repaired four holes under the bay window, caused, accidentally, by the first team that came and did the front of our house.
After all the insulation work was done, they cleaned everything up and neatly patched up all the holes that were drilled for the insulation; and Asif took me round the whole work they had done to show what they had done and that I was happy with everything they had done; which of course I was.
To Zoa insulation management team, these three people I have mentioned above are a credit to themselves and your organisation. Don’t lose them.

The work was carried out efficiently. The workers were very polite. The house was left in a clean state.

They were here nice and early and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Zoa installed vents and insulated the loft. They explained well what they were doing and why. They protected the floors and tidied up and left the house clean, they also helped get everything back into the loft.
