Wrong management, cheeky, rude, manipulative, not suitable for leading role, unable to cope with difficult situations leading to bad experience also careless and I can carry on...

I visited Zizi's high Wycombe restaurant and unfortunately had a rather
disappointing experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

During my visit, I encountered two significant issues that left me quite dissatisfied. Firstly, the toilet
taps in your restroom were not functioning properly, which was rather inconvenient. Secondly, and
more concerning, I discovered a strand of hair in one of the dishes I ordered.

As a regular patron of your establishment, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the
overall ambiance. However, this recent experience has left me quite disappointed and concerned
about the overall hygiene and maintenance standards.

I believe in constructive feedback and hope that my complaint can help you improve your services. I
kindly request that you address these matters promptly and take steps to prevent similar incidents in
the future. I understand that such situations can occur, but it's essential to ensure they are promptly
resolved to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. I have not had a response from Zizi Restaurant high Wycombe I made my complaint in August its now November very bad customer after care stay clear from high Wycombe branch hair In food taps to wash your hands after toilet don't work be careful

Zizi at Cardiff Bay is expensive with poor food presentation.
Very bad experience from the surely delayed greeting to the warmed up food. Never again

A little disappointing as the food was not that hot, plates cold, portions were a rather small, restaurant was cold and the service was slow. We went elsewhere for a dessert !

Visited Zizi in Bromley last night and whilst the young lady who looked after our table was very pleasant, the duty Manager was unprofessional and frankly incredibly rude. Will not be visiting ever again!

For me, Zizi was a game changer. It made me realize that knowledge is power. I used to go to my doctor who would run tests once a year and tell
Me to change my lifestyle to improve my cholesterol and that they would retest in six months. This is NOT motivating for me. ZIZI made it possible for me to get motivated and informed about my cholesterol by testing regularly which made ALL the difference. I highly recommend using data to change our lifestyle. Receiving my results of NORMAL cholesterol ranges after a decade of struggling to move the needle was one of my biggest achievements to date.
