Zitauto Arvostelua

Zeer goede autoverhuur en goed wagenpark huur almeer dan 10 jaar autos bij dit bedrijf .

Have used Zitauto several times a year since 2004. Always best on price and no hidden or additional fees. Excellent company.

It seems like a lifetime ago we last hired a car from Zitauto. The transaction was easy & there was no silliness about extra charges. Only two things marred our experience. Number one was that we collected the car at night & the compound had sodium floodlights. Our green car appeared white. No-one told us otherwise. Next day, we could not find our ‘white’ car where I thought I had left it. The other was the requirement to return the car with a full tank. Easy, you say. Wrong! Local petrol stations are seriously awkward about this sort of thing. You would think they had never heard of ‘fill er up’ because there is just no way to do this. You will find this out for yourself, the hard way when trying to get back to the airport.

We have been using Zitautos for multiple trips and for over 10 years.
Never had a problem with any of the cars.
Always clean and reliable cars. Cash on collection and cars always with full CDW insurance.

My Daughter and I have used Zitauto for the past 9 years and have always received excellent courteous and very efficient service from all the members of staff. Over the years collecting and delivering back the car has varied, but always worked well. Last year (Covid) the car was delivered to us cleaned and sanitised. Cars are always clean tidy and problem free. Thank you Zitauto, we'll see you again this year.

We have been using Zit Auto for many years now and we have always received an absolutely superb service.
They always go the extra mile to cater for any specific requirements we have.
The booking process is simple and straightforward and confirmation immediate. We cannot fault them.

I have used them for the last four years when traveling to the algarve and no hassle straight forward company and staff. Very good value too

For years we rented a car during our
( long) stay in Portugal in winter. Always we were treated correctly and reasonably We are very satisfied.

We have used Zitauto for many years and rate their cars and service highly. The only criticism we would make is that on occasion the car we ordered is not the one that is delivered to us - perhaps a Renault Clio instead of a Renault Captur. It's no big deal but a little bit annoying as I like to drive a Captur. Apart from that, we like dealing with Zitauto.

prima en snelle service. Prijs/kwaliteit in orde en betrouwbaar !!

My family and I have used Zitauto 20+ years and have never had an issue in all that time nor have the friends
we have recommended them to over the years.

Prima autoverhuurder, gebruik het al 10 jaar tijdens overwinteren, goedkoop en goed service.

Used ZIT for 10 years. Excellent cars . Extremely good pick up process. Available if a problem occurs. Very accessible drop off.
Price may seem higher on initial inspection but not when true cot adjusted........ and no surprises!! Plan to continue using

We have used Zitauto on several occasions when visiting the Algarve. While there are no fancy customer desks within the airport they are so easy to deal with when booking a car. The cars are always clean and good condition and there are no trumped up charges for miniscule damage when you return the vehicle.
I would never use anyone else when I go to Portugal.

We use Zitauto every year & can really recommend them. The cars are always in good condition, their prices are great and the staff very friendly and efficient.

Zitauto are an excellent car hire company, we have been using them for years, nothing is too much trouble for this company. They are also very flexible when you are in trouble, once one of our party ended up in hospital with a broken hip, which left us needing our car for longer and with an unknown return date, they facilitate this & did not over charge us in our time of crisis. The staff are the best too.

They provide a great service with no hidden cost
The staff are always friendly
I would Highly recommend them Have been using this company for over 15 years and have no intention on changing

Was recommended years ago. Great service 👏 every time. Used them for many years 2 or 3 times a year, cars are clean and up-to-date, and always waiting for your arrival, early flight or delayed flight. Great service.
Highly recommended.

We have been using Zit Auto for over 20 years and have always had very good service.
