DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered one hoodie and they sent me two and billed me for two. Now they want me to spend my money to send the second hoodie (that I did not order) back to China!! RUN, THIS IS A SCAM!

Horrible scam! Their merchandise is cheap and not the correct US sizes. Will not answer emails and no contact info. I wish there was a way to take them down off the web

They said worry-free 30-day return but dont even answer to an email! They dont have a phone to call and dont take any actions with emails we send. I´m here with hoddie I bought that didnt fit to my son and not being able to return it. I bouhgt it on this site JUST because it said 30 days return. (it took a long time to get it delivered)

This company's return policy is absurd. The product I ordered was okay (not the best workmanship). However my 17 year old grand-daughter thought it was too childish and the Peanut Characters were too "in your face", I was very dis-satisfied with their return policy. I found out that the company was in China and basically after jumping through all their hoops explaining things 3 times and submitting pictures, it was going to cost me more to ship it back than to just eat the cost. All of this took 2 weeks of back and forth and repetitive e-mails.

Absolutely horrible service and turn times. I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 2nd and it STILL has not arrived!

I ordered two hoodies 12/7/24 . Only received one 12/31/24 but was charged for both. As of yet, I haven't received the second hoodie. The one I did receive was the incorrect size. I have emailed this company several times with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a hoodie at the end of November for a Christmas present. These hoodies run small and I need to exchange it for the next size. I have emailed this company 5 times and left them 3 voicemails. I finally get an email that says they will send the address for the return in a separate email. I have never received that separate email. This company is a scam!

I ordered a Jack Skellington hoodie/legging set in early December. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It didn’t arrive until a couple of days ago, and it was only the hoodie. I have messaged the company multiple times and sent pictures of the item, with the packaging and also with my order confirmation etc.. They have not responded! I will not buy from them again and would not advise anyone else to buy from them!!!

Zipy's policy on exchanges and returns is inaccurate. I reached out within the timeline, and they have me running through hoops that aren't listed on the website. I am just trying to exchange for another size. Their first email indicated they MAY offer a partial refund or exchange. They took a week to respond to my initial inquiry, requested that I send images (no idea why - it's unused and not damaged), and then stopped responding to me. I followed their policies, and they are not holding up their end of the deal.

Minor grudge... Zipy's address is listed as Nevada, but the shipments take a long time coming from China.

Horrible. They doubled my order. Charged my credit card and never shipped product. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are dealing with it.

Wow...we agree with every negative review left on this site about Zipy Hoodie!! Same experience. Bogus tracking info along with the run-around online. Terrible company!! Do NOT use this company!

I too have had issues with returning a hoodie I bought for my niece for Christmas. Several emails requesting a return or exchange have gone unanswered.

DO NOT BUY.

Stay far away. This is a dishonest company. I ordered a Fear of God hoodie not realizing it was not legitimate. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. I have attempted 4x to return it and get a refund.
The company replies with the same
Email. The email states they will get back to me regarding my refund request and they never do.
This company should be shut down.

I ordered from this company Dec. 4th for Christmas they sent me a bogus tracking number, then weeks later sent me a new tracking number to stave off my complaint to PayPal. BOGUS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 hoodies for Christmas in an XL and they were way too small. One front pocket was sewn up so much you can’t fit your hand in it. The tags were it out of the back of the hoodie. I contacted them and they haven’t responded.

I wanted to give a 0. Scam….ordered November 24th still no package. But Zipy got my money. Always check reviews before ordering. I normally do, but this time I didn’t. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT SHOP HERE…..

Total scam! When ordering a product the shipping says 7-10 business days and the company is listed in Las Vegas Nevada US. After ordering, shipping is now 15 business days. And it was shipping from China. I ordered on Dec 10 expecting it by Christmas and after following the obvious fake tracking, my product has been sitting at LAX since Dec 19, it’s now Jan 1. The fake tracking uses terms such as “received by forwarder” and “forwarded to facility” every couple days so completely vague shipping information no mention of UPS, FEDex or DHS which would indicate a legal shipment transaction. I tried contacting them once I realized it was never coming for Christmas and they replied 7 days later with zero information on shipping, just a link to tracking which showed conflicting information from the prior days tracking, because, the shipping information changes, the dates and locations are different every time you check. How can a package be “received by forwarder” on the 24th but checking again it’s received the 26th? Also, the link to the tracking states the connection is not private and the website may be trying to steal your personal information so that was comforting. Anyway my credit card refunded me when I filed a complaint, do not order from Zipy Hoodie!!!

Everything said about this company is 💯. They are a complete SCAM. I placed an order on December 2, 2024. Received an order confirmation number the same day. A couple of days later I received an email that my order was shipped and a tracking number. I've been tracking my package and it was almost to my destination. Then on December 28th I received another email from them telling me that my order has been shipped...WTH. Now I have another tracking number. This is ridiculous. I emailed them yesterday and got no response. I got a response a few weeks ago when I was asking where is my package. I will be reporting them to my bank and my local police department in the morning December 30, 2024. PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM ZIPY HOODIES!!!!

TOTAL SCAM. Do not purchase from this online retailer. I've reached out multiple times for customer service with zero response. THIEVES!
