Ronson MDX Torch Quality With No Consumer Support
I bought said torch 7 days ago. It worked briefly then the flame progressively got weaker despite being full. I emailed Zippo consumer relations with picture and they said it was operating normally. Per their one-year limited warranty, they specifically state “To obtain proper instructions for service under this limited warranty, refer to repair instructions at zippo.com or contact Zippo Consumer Relations at [email address withheld due to review form], or 1-888-442-1932. Do not return the Product to the retail store”.
Consumer relations said if I want a refund I need to return it to the retail store where I bought it from. This is lousy customer support for an inferior product. BEWARE!
