I recently bought flat using HelpToBuy, when I approached Aditi Sinha for Mortgage help. Her service for Mortgage was excellent and hassle free. During this I requested her service for Help To Buy as well , she has done complete process for HTB very smoothly , and apart from this she has tracked and updated each status till it got completed. Very happy with the services provided by Zinga Financial Services . Mrs Aditi Sinha was my mortgage advisor and she helped me in choosing the right product for my re-mortgage. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for any kind of mortgage related advise.

My current mortgage will expire in October and I was worried about further rate hike from BoE. I contacted Aditi Sinha and asked her if I can secure early re-mortgage as early as May!

On 1st week of May, She took all my details. After few options, We finalised one Mortgage and submitted application. Within 2 weeks of time, everything was done including Letter from Bank for the acceptance of offer!

It's now almost 1 and half month, and now when I browse, most of the mortgages are gone up! In fact, the re-mortgage which we secured is already gone up by £90 per month!
