In January 2025 we embarked on a project of buying first buy to let property.
Even though we went through the process of buying our home before, we were still very stressed and nervous as this was BTL not a residential.
The mortgage and purchase process was very similar to what we did in the past, yet so different in many ways.

Aditi was prompt to understand the situation and requirements. Chalked up a plan, asked for relevant documents and managed to get us a good mortgage deal in less than 10 working days.
