I purchased a one-week subscription to the FC25 cheat, and it didn’t work from the very beginning. I contacted their support team immediately to get help. It took them an entire week just to respond, which is unacceptable for something you’ve already paid for and can only use for a short period of time.

When I finally got a reply, instead of offering any real assistance or troubleshooting, the response I received was shockingly rude and unprofessional — completely insulting rather than helpful. "BRO ARE YOU ACC RETARTED" This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Save your money. The product doesn’t work, the support is incredibly slow, and the way they treat paying customers is downright disrespectful.
