My experience with ZFN Surveyors was excellent from the very first interaction to the end of the transaction. Zaid was very clear and direct and even suggested the right service level in ordering the survey. The expectation was very clear upfront and it already established trust with ZFN. They were able to accommodate my rushed time frame, and arrived on time for the survey. At the end, I received a report within the time frame, and it was very thorough and complete. They satisfied all my expectations including value on money and I would highly recommend them to others.

I messaged ZFN surveyors for a homebuyer survey. Zaid got back to me quickly and asked if I would be comfortable corresponding over WhatsApp. After I send over my details, he was quick to review the property using Google Maps photos and provide free tips and feedback to my questions. I asked a few follow up questions and he answered them quickly and professionally. Since I had lived in the property I was going to purchase for six years already, he actually said that a homebuyer survey wouldn't produce much value for me and he recommended I save that money. He was very professional, courteous, and I appreciated that he was honest with me about the value of the home buyer survey rather than taking my money unnecessarily. I ended up not getting a survey, but really appreciated the quick professional advice that Zaid had for me. It's rare to find good, professional advice nowadays without having to pay for it out the nose, and I will be sure to recommend ZFN to others.

Zaid conducted a building survey for me in Greenwich in June 2023. Zaid's inspection is very thorough and highlighted a lot of defects that I miss during my viewing. The building survey report is a bespoke report rather than the traditional level 2 or 3 reports. Whilst the report is very detailed, Zaid explains things in a easily understandable manner. The service provided by Zaid is superb. He very accommodating and goes out of the way to explain things to you over a phone call that helped alleviate any worries I had. In my particular instance, there was problems with the roof and he was very patient going through his findings. After further inspections from a roofer I was able to get £10k off the asking price.

Had to have a survey done quickly in London around the Baker Street area. Checked reviews and ZFN kept coming up with positive reviews. And no wonder! I contacted Zaid and he was very responsive, very easy to deal with. The property is a Grade II listed Georgian flat. There are some peculiarties with this kind of property and Zaid was excellent in terms of providing quick responses, satisfying any questions I had and advising what needed to be done. I really appreciate the use of technology (What's App) for communication rather than calling, maybe getting the surveyor on the phone, delays, etc... These days, people want to communicate quickly - and that is what Zaid is great at. His report is comprehensive and provides estimated budget for works. He took pictures. He gave a verbal overview of any issues before sending the report out. Just a pleasant experience. We are looking to purchase another flat and will just go straight to Zaid and ZFN - no messing around.
