Extra shipping charge
Even though I payed for shipping, I was asked to pay 30$ to UPS for shipping. Product-wise, the item is finely detailed and o apparent high quality.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
We’d like to clarify that the $30 charge you were asked to pay is not a shipping fee. Our store offers free shipping, and our customers are never charged for delivery itself.
The additional cost you encountered is related to international customs duties. These are import taxes set by the destination country and are unfortunately outside of our control. The amount and whether they are applied depend entirely on your local customs regulations.
We always strive to be transparent, but these charges can vary from country to country, and we are not able to cover or predict them.
We appreciate your understanding.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We'd like to clarify that the map wasn't delivered broken. One small component had come loose during transit, but the map itself is fully intact and functional.
When you reached out, we immediately offered a solution. When that didn't work for you, we followed up right away with an alternative. That was 11 days ago, and unfortunately, we haven't heard back from you since.
We genuinely want to make this right and are still happy to assist. We're waiting for your reply so we can resolve this in whatever way works best for you. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.

The advertised size was not even close to what came. I paid over $200 for an 8x11! Not happy with the size at all.

Large Middle Earth Map - Excellent
Got the map of middle earth with the lighting. Amazing piece of art. I do wish there were instructions on how to clean the inside of the glass as it is dusty likely from shipping. Overall wonderful product!

Totally worth the money
Whenever I first saw the ad on Instagram, I didn’t realize it was coming from a foreign country. I got the Zelda map because my daughter and I have recently started playing breath of the wild. I wanted an engraving on the back, but the option wasn’t there when I checked out so I left a note. I was contacted soon saying there was an additional charge, which I was aware of, and was allowed to put the personalized message.
Again, in this day and age when you’re getting something from overseas, you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. This piece was immaculate. Very well wrapped and secured to make sure nothing happened to the wooden frame or any other piece of the laser cut map. It will be a treasured piece in my family for years to come.
