Mutt mitt never delivered

We ordered a mutt mitt holder through Amazon. It was shipped via fedex and said delivered. We never received the package. Zero waste won’t refund our money or replace the item.

Great Products, Great Customer Service!

We've been using your products for many years for our Condominium/Townhome Community, and they are top quality. In addition, it is much appreciated that I can order the products and have you bill our Management Company, so I don't have to go through getting reimbursed. On our last order, your Customer Service was kind enough to extend the free shipping offer, probably because someone took the time to read my comment about being sorry that I had missed it in my email, as I did not know we were out of pickup bags until the next day! Thank you so much!!!

Helpful employee

One of the salesladies at the Staples in Cranberry Township was extremely helpful. I have very limited knowledge about technology. She explained everything in such a way that it was easy to understand and made me feel at ease.
